Club Premises Certificate

We will undertake all the underpinning work and complete your application to the highest possible standard. 

This will include:- 

• Conducting a full risk assessment of the premises 
• Development of the plan in line with the Licensing Act 2003 regulations 
• Liaising between you and the Responsible Authorities 
• Full preparation and submission of the application form, including submitting copies of the forms for the Responsible Authorities 
• Assisting in the development of ‘Club Rules’ as required under the Licensing Act 2003 
• Preparation and the posting of notices to be displayed on the premises and in the local press 
• Where necessary we will liaise with any concerned parties throughout the consultation period
• When your application is granted, a thorough analysis of the Club Premises Certificate will be undertaken to ensure it is accurate
