Variation To An Existing Premises Licence

We will undertake all the underpinning work and complete your application to the highest possible standard. 

This will include:- 

  • Full preparation and submission of the application form, including submitting copies of the forms for the Responsible Authorities 

  • Preparation and the posting of notices to be displayed on the premises and in the local press 

  • Liaising between you and the Responsible Authorities 

  • Where necessary we will liaise with any concerned parties throughout the consultation period 

  • Development of the plan in line with the Licensing Act 2003 regulations (if required)

  • When your application is granted, a thorough analysis of the Licence will be undertaken to ensure the Licence is accurate
